The MADD Mid-Atlantic Team is thrilled to welcome Julia Halberstam back to our team!
Julia couldn’t be more excited to return to MADD. She is the Program Specialist for the Mid-Atlantic team, based in Maryland. She has been with MADD for a combined total of 4 years, and now counting! She obtained her undergrad degree in Criminal Law and Master's degree in Forensic Investigation. She is thrilled to be back and cannot wait to work with everyone again.

Salisbury Law Enforcement Recognition

On February 9th MADD Victim Services had the opportunity to recognize the following police officers with the top DUI arrests on the Eastern Shore. These officers were not only recognized for their outstanding efforts, but they were able to celebrate with their fellow cohorts.

Valiant Volunteer: Brian Fitzgerald
Brian Fitzgerald is an invaluable volunteer for MADD in Richmond, VA. He is a survivor of an impaired driving crash. As a volunteer, Brian loves helping local police with checkpoints and does this work to keep the roads safe for his family and other folks. Learn more about Brian in this short video.
